Family Medicine Physician –Join a Mission-Driven Practice Focused on Community Health – South Carolina

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Central, or Northeast, South Carolina. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, offering a strong work-life balance, generous benefits, and a chance to make a lasting impact in an underserved community. Multiple communities to call home and an easy drive to Columbia, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (five 8-hour shifts)
    • One day includes a 4-hour dedicated admin block
  • Setting: 100% outpatient – no hospital or ER responsibilities
  • Call: After-hours phone-only call, 1:4 rotation
  • Patient Load: 18–24 patients per day
  • Clinical/Admin Split: 90% Clinical / 10% Administrative
  • Team-Based Care Model – Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment – Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Women’s Health, Chiro, and Laboratory Services
  • 40-year-old Organization with 13 Locations throughout South Carolina

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $200,000 – $235,000+ (commensurate with experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus and Relocation

  • Quarterly Quality Bonus
  • Annual Salary Increase: Up to 10%
  • Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $100,000
