Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available community resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy to facilitate healing and growth.
• Develop and document personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, client-centered coordinated care.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that promote communal healing and enhance the therapeutic experience for participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
