Job description

We are looking for a Financial Modeling & Planning Analyst to support the financial modeling and planning needs of our Ecommerce business. The Analyst will report to the Global Finance Manager for Parts, Accessories & Apparel Revenue while maintaining a dotted‑line relationship with the Direct-to-Consumer Management Team. The person will work cross‑functionally with Finance, D2C, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Go‑to‑Market.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Drive the development of streamlined planning processes for the Direct‑to‑Consumer channel, including the design of flexible financial models to support growth and performance management.

  • Leverage technology and tools to improve planning efficiency & effectiveness.

  • Generate high‑impact insights for the business through financial modeling and data‑driven analysis that deepen performance understanding.

  • As planning foundations mature:

    • Act as a business partner to D2C, supporting ad‑hoc analyses, assessing the financial impact of new online features and enhancing forecasting precision.

    • Oversee D2C financial procedures and controls to support stronger financial outcomes and strengthen insights.

    • Contribute to Go-to-Market success by analyzing D2C promotional performance and partnering with key teams to ensure operational alignment and robust inputs to the planning cycle.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • You have a solid track record in developing streamlined financial models and contributing to robust planning cycles. Prior experience in roles such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, Financial Business Partner, Revenue or Commercial Analyst, Ecommerce or Digital Finance Analyst, Corporate Finance Analyst, or Strategic Finance Analyst would translate well into this position.

  • You are comfortable with data manipulation & transformation. Over and above excellent Excel skills, you are comfortable using tools like SQL, Power Query, PowerBI, Knime, etc.

  • You are up for a challenge. BRP is a fast paced environment. You will have ample opportunities to go over and above, and to step outside your comfort zone.

  • You have a self-started, go-getter attitude. You’re the person who is always proposing new solutions to improve the current state. You like learning new things, and sharing your findings with others.
