The 2's Aide Will...

  • Assist the lead teacher in caring for two year olds in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
  • Support daily routines such as nap-time, diapering, instructed play time, crafts, etc.
  • Ensure the room is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Provide one-on-one attention and fostering a loving and supportive atmosphere.
  • Maintain a positive and caring relationship with children, parents, and fellow staff members in mature/professional way.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing in all areas.
  • Will take part in every opportunity to further educational and spiritual growth; with an eager heart.
  • Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for two year olds.
  • Understanding and confident ability to help the lead teacher in a multitude of classroom activities.
  • Can multitask with great ease and true ability to be patient in any situation.
Requirements:
  • Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment.
  • Year Round schedule.
  • Must be an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church.
  • 8:15am-2:45pm Monday through Friday.
