The Lead Two-Year-Olds Teacher at Children's Land is responsible for nurturing a vibrant and stimulating learning environment where two-year-old children can thrive. This role demands a dedicated individual who can craft engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences that cater to the unique developmental needs of two-year-olds. A comprehensive understanding of the DCFS requirements in Illinois is essential to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.


Roles and Responsibilities:

โ— Develop and follow age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.

โ— Monitor the children's developmental milestones and maintain detailed records of their progress.

โ— Facilitate a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.

โ— Always ensure the safety of the children by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
