About the Role:

 KIBO&CO Electrical Corp. is seeking Electrical Apprentices for a commercial electrical project in Barstow, Texas.
 We are considering candidates at all apprentice experience levels. Local, regional, and traveling candidates are encouraged to apply.
 All apprentice experience levels will be considered, from candidates newer to the electrical trade to experienced Apprentices capable of working alongside Journeymen and Foremen.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
  • Pay: $25-$32/hour
  • Per Diem: $115/day for eligible employees
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week + Overtime
  • Health insurance

Responsibilities:
  • Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections under supervision
  • Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and support diagnostic work alongside senior electricians
  • Adhere to all NEC codes, safety protocols, and company standards
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program
  • Basic knowledge of electrical concepts, tools, and safety practices preferred
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
