St. Anthony of Padua School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for Middle School English (Grades 6-8). This position begins Monday, November 17, 2025, and concludes Friday, January 30, 2026, for a total of 39 paid working days.
Position Details:
  • Start Date: November 17, 2025
  • End Date: January 30, 2026
  • Total Paid Working Days: 39
  • Compensation: Starting at $110 per day, based on experience
  • School Hours: 7:15 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with grade-level standards
  • Creating and implementing lesson plans
  • Maintaining accurate grades and gradebook records
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Participating in staff meetings and collaborating with team members
  • Managing the classroom environment and maintaining positive student behavior

Qualifications:
