Our unique results-focused story-based curriculum engages children through imaginative narratives, making every lesson not only educational but also fun. We are dedicated to creating a positive and safe environment where kids can develop essential swimming skills and gain confidence in the water. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 14 locations across the US.
As a Swim Teacher at Bear Paddle Swim School, you will play a vital role in nurturing young swimmers and helping them master water safety and swimming techniques through our engaging, story-based lessons. You will work closely with children aged 6 months through teenage years in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Swim Experience: Basic swimming skills and comfort in the water; prior teaching experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with children and parents effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training may be provided).

  • Flexible and consistent scheduling
  • Closed on major holidays
  • Free lessons for your children/grandchildren
  • $500 Employee Referral Bonus
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization
  • A fun, energetic work environment where you can make a difference in children's lives
  • Swim Teacher roles starting at $14.00/hour

Join us in making a splash in the lives of young swimmers!
