We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join our team. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care during the critical recovery phase following anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and temperature, along with the patient's level of consciousness during the recovery process.
  • Airway Management: Ensure a patent airway and adequate respiratory function, intervening when necessary to address any obstruction or respiratory distress.
  • Symptom and Pain Management: Administer medications such as painkillers and anti-nausea drugs to effectively manage post-operative symptoms and enhance patient comfort.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct assessments of surgical sites for bleeding or complications, check dressings, and recognize adverse reactions to anesthesia or surgery while initiating appropriate emergency interventions.
