About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate will excel in preoperative assessments, post-anesthesia recovery, and patient education while working collaboratively with the surgical team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive preoperative and post-anesthesia patient assessments.

  • Monitor patients throughout the recovery process and respond to changes in condition.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols.

  • Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation, recovery, and discharge instructions.

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.

  • Minimum 2+ years of Pre-Op, PACU, or Perioperative nursing experience.
