Job description

Join a highly collaborative and mission-driven behavioral health team as a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health nurse practitioner at Pacific Medical Center's Canyon Park Clinic.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner seeking a flexible outpatient role within an integrated behavioral health model. You'll care for adult patients in a supportive environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.
With behavioral health integrated across all nine PacMed outpatient clinics, you'll be part of a well-connected and collegial group that partners closely with referring physicians and psychiatrists to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care to a medically diverse community in Bothell, Washington. A key component of this role includes conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and managing medication treatment, including prescribing responsibilities, in close collaboration with psychiatrists.
  • Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE)
  • Outpatient care only
  • 1:4 on-call rotation
  • Supportive leadership and team-based environment
  • 2 years' experience required
  • Compensation is between $154,097 and $207,701 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
Where You'll Work
As a patient-centered primary care center, Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric services and numerous areas of specialty care. Canyon Park benefits from the centralized support of large partner organizations but still has the feel of a smaller practice where providers get to know one another and their patients. Offering bone density scanning, CT scanning, echocardiography, infusion therapy, vascular services, x-ray, on-site laboratory and pharmacy, Canyon Park is a comprehensive clinic dedicated to patient care.
Where You'll Live
Bothell is a popular suburb about 20 miles northeast of Seattle across beautiful Lake Washington. Numerous parks, lakes, rivers and mountain trails provide easy access to outdoor recreation, while art centers, galleries, restaurants and wineries provide plentiful entertainment options. Bothell offers a quiet alternative to the urban center of Seattle, while being close enough to easily enjoy all the big city has to offer.
Who You'll Work For
Pacific Medical Centers offers a full range of primary and specialty care services in the Puget Sound region of Northwest Washington. From Federal Way to First Hill, its medical community consists of more than 175 physicians and advanced practice clinicians at nine clinics. Each facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and many have on-site X-ray and in-house pharmacies. As part of the Providence family, PacMed is committed to its mission to advocate, educate and provide extraordinary care.
