Job description

Production Associate - Packing & Warehouse Operations | $15/Hour + Overtime

A growing Lubbock employer is hiring Production Associates to support its Packing, Shrink, Shipping, Returns, and Warehouse Operations teams. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with consistent hours, overtime potential, and opportunities to cross-train in multiple departments.

What You'll Do

Depending on department assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Packaging and preparing products for shipment
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
  • Shrink wrapping pallets and finished products
  • Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
  • Assisting with shipping, returns, and inventory movement
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable employees with strong attendance records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, packing, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Current Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Additional overtime may be available based on production needs.

Schedules may adjust as staffing levels increase and operational demands change.
