Seasonal Packing Department Team Members

Binning • Sorting • Picking • Packing

Available Shifts
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ($17 per hour)
Sunday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM ($19 per hour)

PrintsWell is seeking dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support our Packing Department during our busiest production season. These positions are essential to keeping customer orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently from production through shipment.

Available Positions

· Binning: Organize completed products into the correct order bins and confirm that all pieces are routed accurately.

· Sorting: Sort printed products and components by order, item, or production stage while inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects before they move to the next step.

· Picking: Retrieve the correct products and materials for each order and prepare them for final packing.

· Packing: Inspect, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.

Primary Responsibilities

· Follow order paperwork and production instructions carefully.

· Check products for quality, completeness, and accuracy before shipment.

· Keep work areas organized and restock packing materials as needed.

· Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.

· Communicate order concerns or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.

· Assist in other production or fulfillment areas when needed.

What We Are Looking For

· Position type: Full-time seasonal.

· Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

· Evening shift: Sunday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM.

· Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods.

· This is an on-site position at our Pelham, Alabama facility.
