Overview:
Spice Catering Co. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer + Driver to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring that all catering equipment, supplies, and event essentials are accurately packed, organized, and loaded for delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing + Organizing: Gather, pack, and stage catering equipment, food service items, and dcor based on event-specific packing lists.
  • Loading + Unloading: Safely load and secure items onto company trucks for delivery and unload upon return.
  • Inventory Management: Track, maintain, and restock warehouse supplies, ensuring all gear is cleaned, stored properly, and ready for the next event.
  • Quality Control: Inspect all equipment and materials before and after events, reporting damage or missing items.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse managers, drivers, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
