About the Role
Southern Point Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Packing Associates to join our client’s team in Albany, GA. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customers receive high-quality, pecan-based products safely and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced team environment and take pride in accuracy and quality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick customer orders using packing slips and invoices.
  • Packing & Quality Control: Carefully package products to maintain high quality and prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Preparation: Label boxes, organize outgoing freight, and stage shipments according to company procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with warehouse organization, inventory counting, and restocking supplies.
  • Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Team Support: Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in packing, shipping, or general warehouse work preferred.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for extended periods.
