We are hiring for WAREHOUSE WORKERS to start in IMMEDIATELY in our brand-new warehouse facility. This is a long-term position with a clean and friendly environment. Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30pm with overtime as needed, $16.50 - $17.00/hr. Includes holiday and sick pay. Cold refrigerated environment from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Inventory
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders or packing slips
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies
  • Label and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Update inventory records in warehouse management systems
Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Ensure orders are accurate and properly packaged
  • Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
Warehouse Operations
  • Operate forklift, pallet jack and hand truck
  • Maintain organized storage areas and shelves
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Shipping
  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers
  • Verify outgoing shipments match order documentation
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 2550 lbs regularly
  • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
Skills
  • Accuracy in order picking and packing
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a REFRIGERATED COLD environment from time to time
Schedule/Pay
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes lunch break, overtime is available
