'Picking' involves selecting specific items from inventory to fulfill customer orders, while 'packing' is the process of securely placing those items into boxes or containers for shipping. 'Loading' refers to placing packed goods onto transportation vehicles, and 'unloading' is the removal of goods from vehicles upon arrival at their destination.
