Warehouse Associate
Department: Warehousing
Reports To: Team Leads
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Springville
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, labeling boxes and pallets, processing returns, and helping ensure all shipments are completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Label boxes and pallets correctly for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for daily shipping.
  • Process and organize customer returns.
  • Follow all warehouse safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by Team Leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in shipping, picking, packing, or labeling preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer/technology skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift.
Available Schedules
Monday–Friday:
  • 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
