Job description

JOB TITLE: Packing II
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
LOCATION: Owasso, OK
JOB SUMMARY
The Packing II role is responsible for packaging and processing finished small, specialized rubber product for shipment to customers. Responsibilities also include processing required department paperwork and shipping documents and handling of incoming raw materials.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Count sample of product, weigh, and calculate total number of parts
  1. Prepare products for shipping according to Da/Pro and customer specifications, including packaging for transportation, weighing and measuring packages
  1. Ensure shipping documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately at time of shipment
  1. Enter information into computer as needed
  1. Receive raw material, log, and deliver material via hand truck to nearby building/department
  1. Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally: sit, push/pull up to 50 lbs., reach above shoulder with both hands, lift/carry 10-50 lbs.
Frequently: stand, walk, reach outward with both hands, count and calculate, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
