Allegiance Staffing is hiring detail-oriented Packing Inspectors for a precision manufacturing client in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and producing high-quality finished products.

What You’ll Do:
  • Package finished products according to blueprint and customer specifications
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Handle and prepare materials carefully for shipment
  • Select correct packaging materials and generate accurate shipping labels
  • Follow packaging logs and customer checklists to ensure compliance
  • Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and manage transfers
