Job description

National Star Services, a nationwide facility management company with over 28 years of experience, is currently hiring Food Packers in Des Plaines, IL 60018. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Food Packer, you'll play an important role in preparing and packaging high-quality food products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following recipes and production instructions accurately
  • Assembling and packaging food items according to production orders
  • Working efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Reading and following menu specifications
  • Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
  • Supporting team members to ensure smooth production operations

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Days: Monday through Sunday
  • (Two days off each week; weekly schedule provided by supervisor)

Hourly Pay:

$17.50/Hour | Biweekly Pay

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must have and wear slip-resistant shoes
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to start as soon as possible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
