**Key Responsibilities:**

**Shipping Coordination:**
- Manage and track all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring that goods are shipped and delivered on time.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies, ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
