Company Background:

Refractors, Inc. is a multi-brand sports trading card amp; memorabilia services company. We provide services to card collectors, hobbyists amp; investors in multiple aspects of the collectibles industry. Our retail store, Midwest Cards, serves the public in the entertainment hub for Columbus sports arenas. The office and shop are located in the Arena District, near the Nationwide Arena, the new Crew Stadium, and Huntington Park.

Job Description:

The Sports Card Ecomm Warehouse Associate: This primary function is supporting the warehouse / logistics team with packing amp; shipping customer orders. Order packing should meet our high expectation levels to maintain the integrity of the collectibles amp; memorabilia products. Knowledge of sports amp; collectible trading cards is a plus.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Packing amp; shipping orders

  • Assist with store operations

  • Stocking amp; retail operations

  • Occasional assignments needed to help the business to maintain operations and serve our customers.

Skills amp; Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of sports trading cards, TCG cards and "the hobby"

  • Ability to work autonomously by taking concepts amp; directions, then breaking them down into executable next steps.

  • Experience with packing amp; shipping.

  • Experience with shipping services, such as the USPS, FedEx amp; UPS.

  • Experience with Inventory Management system, Oracle Netsuite.

  • Understanding of e-commerce marketplace platforms is preferred, such as eBay, Shipstation.

  • An understanding, following and passion for professional sports is preferred.

Compensation amp; Expectations:

  • Assigned shifts will be Monday - Friday, between 7:30am - 5pm EST based on company needs

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Pay: $18-$25/hour

Education, Qualifications, Language:

  • Valid US Driver's License

  • 2+ Years of professional work experience

  • Hiring contingent on a background check
