Location: Sparta, WI
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; approximately 40 hours per week
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire / Temp-to-Payroll Services

In this role, you will sort merchandise and package a variety of packages into boxes for shipment. This is an active, hands-on position where you will spend most of the day standing, moving, lifting, sorting, and packing. If you enjoy staying busy and seeing what you accomplished at the end of your shift, this could be a great fit.
No previous packaging experience or computer skills are required. Training will be provided.
What You'll Do
  • Sort merchandise from incoming pallets
  • Pack products into boxes
  • Carefully package fragile and breakable items
  • Count and organize completed boxes
  • Operate a simple push-button tape machine
  • Move materials using a pallet jack
  • Prepare shipments before the daily UPS pickup
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Follow confidentiality and product-handling requirements

Work Environment
This is an active role that requires standing, moving, lifting, sorting, and packing throughout most of the shift. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The facility includes restrooms, a break room, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator.
Employees must sign a confidentiality agreement. Products, pallets, and company information may not be photographed or posted online.
A contingent job offer is subject to completing a background check and drug screen before work begins.
