Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking products for orders, packing items, preparing them for shipment, and conducting inventory counts and verification. General warehouse duties will also be part of the daily tasks. While one year of warehouse or assembly experience is preferred, it is not required. Compensation for this position is $13.50 - $15.00 per hour (based on a 40-hour workweek) non-exempt, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks such as:
Picking products for orders.
Packing and preparing items for shipment.
Assembly of products and other tasks as assigned.
Maintain high attention to detail and perform basic math functions in all tasks.
Contribute to and participate in a team environment, with an expectation of active involvement.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to working 40 hours per week, with minimal distractions or absences due to personal issues.
Consistently lift over 30 lbs and push over 100 lbs on a cart, as the role requires continuous movement across large areas of the Distribution Center.
Adhere to the daily break schedule: 1/2 hour (30 minute) lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
