Who Are We Looking For?
AutocarPartsis looking for individuals that thrive in a team-based environment, for a company focused on attaining goals. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associates will be to performwarehouse tasks up to and including, picking parts, packing parts, shipping parts, and unloading and loading trucks. You will be required to move materials within the warehouse using powered or manual equipment. Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Est. % of Time Spent on Each

  1. Pick parts
  2. Pack parts
  3. Ship parts
  4. Unload and load trucks
  5. General accuracy and quality (under supervision)
  6. Move materials within the warehouse using powered or manual equipment
  7. Safely drive cherry picker or forklift as needed
  8. Take cherry picker to a height of 20'
  9. Routinely and manually lift material weighing up to 70 pounds
  10. Count each unit picked
  11. Use hand-held scanners including scanning locations, part numbers and accurately entering counts
  12. Drive cherry picker or forklift or manual pallet jack to specified pallet rack or floor location
  13. Pick and count all inventory of the material in the location
  14. Place material onto pallet or into tote
  15. Enter the count of the material into the handheld scanner
  16. Using a forklift or manual pallet jack, load pallets of picked product into trailers
  17. When possible, double-stack pallets prior to loading and load the double-stack into trailers

What does it take to be a part of our team?

  • 6 months experience operating a standing forklift
