Job Title: Shipping/Packing Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Shipping/Packing Associate where you will be responsible for taking items from totes, packaging them in boxes, scanning the items, and preparing them for shipment for respective orders.

Responsibilities

  • Package items accurately and efficiently into boxes.
  • Scan and prepare items for shipment.
  • Ensure the correct items are packed for each order.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in packing, picking, warehouse operations, and shipping.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Above average tenure, with at least 1 year in each job.
  • Some warehouse or industrial experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a distribution center or warehouse, particularly in receiving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Capability to work 10-12 hours a day during busy seasons from August to January.
  • Skills in inventory, shipping and receiving, and packaging.
  • Experience with inventory and RF scanning.
  • Attention to detail.

Work Environment

Work in a semi-climate-controlled environment with two shift options: the first shift starting at 5 a.m./6 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and the second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m., Sunday to Thursday.
