Distribution Associate DC- Seasonal
Role Profile

Position Summary:
The Distribution Associate - Seasonal role is an important part of our Distribution Center, reporting directly to the Assistant Director, DC. This is a non-exempt role. Key accountabilities for success include Web Fulfillment, Inbound Processing, and Inventory Replenishment. Key Accountabilities amp; Achievements:
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick, Pack, and Ship Online Orders: Efficiently select items from inventory, carefully pack them to ensure safe delivery, and prepare shipments for dispatch to customers and store locations.
  • Inbound Processing
    • Folding and Tagging Clothing: Prepare clothing items for inventory by folding and tagging them according to company standards.
    • Receiving and Sorting: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and sort items for further processing.
    • Put away items in bins using a handheld device.
  • Inventory Replenishment
    • Refill primary bins from overstock using a handheld device.
Knowledge, Abilities amp; Experience for Success:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is preferred.
  • Candidates should have the ability to learn and utilize new systems.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move about and ascend/descend stairs, ramps, and ladders
  • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive mannerโ€ฏ
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
  • Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others
Work Environment:
  • The Warehouse Associate works indoors in a climate-controlled warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work a varying warehouse schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays and game days
  • Moderate noise (examples: business office and warehouse with computers and printers, light traffic)
