Production Associate

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation: 20.27

Shift: 1st Shift - Overtime as needed

Position SummaryWhile reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for packing products in a quick, safe, and efficient manner. Excellent attendance is crucial to the team's success. This role requires a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborate across departments, identify defects on the packing line, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. You will take pride in your hands-on abilities, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail while supporting ThermoSafe’s operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

Safety is the #1 priority at all times

  • Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
  • Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations.
  • Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
  • Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Work overtime as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements.
  • Reliable, committed, self-motivated, and quality focused.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods.

  • Previous forklift certification and experience safely operating a forklift.
