Job description

Description:

The successful candidate will be a part of the Production Team of between 4 and 10 associates that are required to engage in the production and/or packaging of chocolate-based confectionary products. This is a full-time seasonal position - Monday through Friday, some Saturdays during the busy season.


Requirements:

The position requires an individual with several attributes, including: Standing for extended periods of time; Lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs; Working well with others in a team environment (MUST); Completing a variety of assembly line tasks as assigned.

· Product management – all steps of production is properly made using the quality of food preparation as trained.

· Molding and demolding – including care for the molds themselves.

· Topping and drizzling – preparing the products with the correct ingredients and amounts as ordered.

· Cleaning and sanitizing – all molds, machines, belts and areas need to be cleaned and sanitized after work and between products.

· Packing, box assembly and finished product palletization

· Ensuring all packages are correctly sealed and labeled, proper date coding

· As well as other duties, as assigned by Line Lead or Managers/Supervisors

· Attention to detail is key!

Training and oversight is provided for all job duties.
