Warehouse Production Associate - (Bilingual- Spanish)

Location: Hicksville, NY


Shift options:

  • 7:00am - 5:30pm - $17.00/hour
  • 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM - $18.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our distribution team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to meeting productivity and quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Work on a fast-paced production line packaging and preparing products for shipment.
  • Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all food-safety and manufacturing procedures.
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a high-volume production environment.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements.
  • Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming merchandise.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
