As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of materials. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Loading and Unloading: Efficiently moving incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Receiving and Locating: Accurately processing and organizing products within the warehouse.
  • Picking and Packing: Preparing customer orders
  • Stacking and Arranging: Organizing products to maximize space and accessibility.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Clean Work Area: Adhering to all safety regulations and keeping your workspace tidy.
  • Operating Equipment: Utilizing a variety of tools and equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks (manual or powered), order pickers, banding tools, and packaging equipment. You'll also be required to become forklift certified!
  • Cross-Training: Learning all areas of the warehouse to become a versatile team member.
  • Verifying Accuracy: Ensuring the correctness of all incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
You'll report to a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager and work diligently to meet or exceed our productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for individuals who possess the following:
  • Experience: 2 years of warehousing or similar experience.
  • High School diploma/GED is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • GMP or Food Production Experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to read and comprehend customer orders, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn computer software systems.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be available to work overtime as needed, which may include hours before and/or after your scheduled shift.
