Job description

Staff Force is now hiring Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Coppell, TX. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, fulfillment, or general labor.

Available Shifts & Pay

Front Half Days

  • Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • Pay: $16.65/hour

Back Half Days

  • Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • Pay: $16.65/hour

Front Half Nights

  • Pay: $17.21/hour
  • Until September 6, 2026: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM
  • Beginning September 6, 2026: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM

Back Half Nights

  • Pay: $17.21/hour
  • Until September 6, 2026: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
  • Beginning September 6, 2026: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare products for shipment
  • Scan and verify items as needed
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be reliable with good attendance
  • Must be able to work the full scheduled shift and overtime when required
