We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help keep our high-performance products moving-from our warehouse floor to the garages and tracks of enthusiasts around the world.

The Shipper is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing goods accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all shipments meet company standards, comply with shipping regulations, and are sent out on time. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Team: Production
Pay: $18.50/hour - paid weekly!
Location: Lenexa, KS

This is a non-exempt hourly position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer orders and company procedures

  • Create and affix accurate shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation

  • Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and couriers

  • Load packages onto trucks or other transport vehicles safely

  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments in inventory systems

  • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with quality standards

  • Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and carriers regarding shipping issues

  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies

  • Operate pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics is preferred

  • Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or ERP systems)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
