Location: Paris, KY
 Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
 Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
 Mandatory Overtime: Until 5:50 PM and some Saturdays as needed
Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Production Packers to join a busy manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This position is responsible for packaging finished briquette products, performing quality checks, and keeping production moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Package finished briquette products into cartons, boxes, or containers according to specifications
  • Inspect products for quality, defects, proper packaging, and accurate labeling
  • Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for production
  • Count, sort, and organize finished products
  • Prepare packaged products for shipment
  • Assist with production line operations and other manufacturing tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, production standards, and company policies
  • Meet daily production and quality expectations
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
  • Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred, but not required
