Join the MS Companies team as a temp-to-hire, full-time Inspector/Packer Associate supporting a leading client in the automotive industry. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, dependable hours, and a pathway to grow into a long-term career.


Inspector/Packer Associate

Shift: 1st Shift(Pittman Schedule-3days/4days rotating schedule)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

$100 Referral Bonus

Qualifications:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Arrive each day on time
  • Assist in the movement of product from one location to another, within the manufacturing job site, factory, or warehouse.
  • Read customer orders to determine which items need to be physically or mechanically moved from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins in accordance with specifics such as size, type, style color or product code
  • Assemble parts and place parts sequentially using mechanized or regular hand tools and fixtures
  • Physically counts and maintains accuracy of inventory
  • Uphold the MS Companies’ standard of quality and service

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand in warehouse for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
