Packing Assistants often encounter challenges such as managing high-volume workloads during peak shipping periods, maintaining accuracy to prevent errors, and adhering to strict safety protocols. To address these challenges, it helps to stay organized, follow established checklists, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
