Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Line Leads to oversee packing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .The Line Lead is responsible for supervising production associates, ensuring safety, maintaining productivity goals, and promoting a positive team environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of packing and assembly associates.
  • Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
  • Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
  • Train new employees on job duties, safety requirements, and company expectations.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance.
  • Communicate production updates and expectations to team members.
  • Identify and resolve workflow issues to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with supervisors and management to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Assist with employee coaching and performance improvement.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing, packing, assembly, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.


Location: Wilmer TX
Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.00 per hour (depending on shift)
Schedule: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
