We are looking for individuals with the drive and desire to join our team and help us continue to grow.

Summary: Entry level position, responsible for preparing components for molding process or post molding process.

Essential Functions

  • Keep up with production paperwork (work orders)
  • Enter information into computer
  • Applying tape and cork to copper and aluminum conductors
  • Forming brass mesh into components needed for molding
  • Use of pulse welding equipment for forming brass mesh
  • Applying bonding materials to copper and aluminum conductors
  • Applying conductive paint to molded parts
  • Buffing, sanding, cleaning and deburring molded parts
  • Assembling and packing molded parts
  • Provide relief for press operators for breaks and lunches
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Production experience a plus
  • Some computer skills needed
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills needed
  • Must be able to operate small handheld tools on a regular basis
  • Must be able to visually inspect machined parts as well as gauge them utilizing several types of hand-held gauges
  • Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Saturday overtime

Physical Requirements

  • Must be 18yo or older.
  • Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day
  • Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift
  • Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting

Shift Details

2nd Shift is M-TH, 4X10hr shifts, 4:45 pm โ€“ 3:15 am. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed. Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
