As a Warehouse Picker/Packer in the retail trade industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are carefully and efficiently prepared for shipment or delivery to customers. Your primary focus will be on accurately assembling, packing, and labeling merchandise to meet quality standards and customer expectations. This position requires attention to detail to prevent damage during transit and to maintain inventory accuracy.  Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Responsibilities:

Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves, bins, or designated areas based on customer orders or inventory requirements.

Quality Assurance: Inspect picked items for quality, damage, or defects before packaging or sending for delivery.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating stock counts and locations as items are picked.

Packaging and Labeling: Properly package picked items according to specified guidelines and ensure correct labeling for shipping or display.

Efficiency and Productivity: Work efficiently to meet daily or weekly picking quotas while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
