Job Description

Essential Duties/Requirements:

-Assemble packaging materials.

-Pick and pack orders.

-Load and unload trucks, operating lift truck and maintain receiving dock.

-Identify and read vendor packing slips, carrier shipping documents and labels and compare to purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

-Other duties as assigned deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

-Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items. Frequently requires theAbility to lift and move heavy (up to 75 lbs.) and bulky items without assistance.

-Walking and standing for long periods of time.

Additional Information

Rate of Pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position is $17.50 to $18.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.

Annual performance-based increases are also available.

Status: Full-time/regular (40 hours per week)/Monday-Friday (8:30am- 5:00pm)
