Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by inspecting, sorting, labeling, and packaging items according to company standards. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pack products according to customer and company specifications.
  • Inspect items for quality, defects, and proper labeling before packaging.
  • Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging materials.
  • Label, seal, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
  • Sort and organize products and materials within the work area.
  • Maintain production quotas and daily performance goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
