Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate (Packer) to support daily warehouse and distribution center operations in Memphis, TN. This role is responsible for sorting, stacking, packing, scanning, and shipping products while ensuring operational accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse or distribution experience, the ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.
This position operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment and may require working in ambient, cooler, and freezer storage conditions.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Packing Operations

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
  • Sort, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Verify correct product codes, lot numbers, quantities, and packaging accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
  • Rotate between warehouse departments based on operational needs.

Equipment & Safety

  • Operate specialized warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), warehouse guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform housekeeping duties within assigned warehouse areas.

Shipping & Distribution Support

  • Support shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
  • Assist with inventory handling and material movement within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution operations.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Wear required PPE including steel-toed footwear, gloves, safety vest, harness, and other protective equipment as needed.
  • Support overtime and additional operational needs with short notice when required.
  • Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    OR
  • Minimum 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, packing, shipping, manufacturing, or related industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • Experience working in cold chain or temperature-controlled environments.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math and inventory counting skills.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse and distribution center environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Work in multiple temperature zones including:
    • Ambient environment
    • Cooler environment (~40ยฐF)
    • Freezer environment (~ -20ยฐF)
  • Climate-controlled facility.
  • PPE required:
