Job description

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers

Pay: $18/hour; we pay $20/hr on Sundays! (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts: 

  • Sunday - Thursday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day on a Friday if needed).
  • Monday - Friday 7AM - 10AM (with a rotating 6th day if needed).
  • Tuesday - Saturday 7AM – 10AM (with a rotating 6th day if needed).
  • Friday - Tuesday 7AM-10AM [with a rotating 6th day (Wed or Thurs) once every 2 weeks].

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves:

  • Ability to stay on your feet while working
  • Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
