Sodexo is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New JerseyJersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital

What You'll Do

The Purchasing Manager will direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department. The Purchasing Manager will come with a culinary background, experience leading kitchen operations, teams, and inventory management.
