We're looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to help keep our pasta production running smoothly and efficiently. At our pasta manufacturing facility, you'll be part of a team dedicated to producing products families enjoy every day.
What You'll Do
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the final stage of our manufacturing process by ensuring pasta products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines
  • Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and package sizes
  • Inspect packaged products to ensure quality, coding accuracy, and proper sealing
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate larger concerns as needed
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements
  • Keep the work area clean and organized to support sanitation standards
  • Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maximize line performance

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
