Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.
Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
Complete necessary reports.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong safety background and good attendance record.
Works well in a team environment.
Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
