We're hiring Machine Operators to join a clean, secure, high-tech manufacturing facility where precision, quality, and teamwork are the keys to success. In this role, you'll operate advanced production equipment that manufactures and personalizes credit and debit cards used by customers across the country.

Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift Rotating: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

  • 3rd Shift Rotating: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring every product meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and monitor advanced production equipment used to manufacture and personalize financial cards.

  • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet production specifications.

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

  • Monitor equipment performance and respond to system alerts.

  • Enter and maintain production information using computer systems.

  • Stage finished materials for warehouse and shipping operations.

  • Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

  • Follow established quality, security, and manufacturing procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous machine operator, production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
