In this role, you'll help ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
  • Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
  • Complete production, quality, and equipment documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP and sanitation requirements.
  • Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
