We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation

- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times

- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

- Assist in setup and changeover of production equipment as needed

- Record production data accurately and complete required documentation

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am, overtime as require   

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols

- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
